Who aM I?

My name is Adrianna, LAC, MA, NCC. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor who leads with warmth, authenticity, and a deep respect for the human experience. My work is grounded in real connection, as I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of therapy. Therapy should feel safe enough to open up and honest enough to create change.

I specialize in Eating Disorders/Disordered Eating, which includes Binge Eating Disorder, Anorexia, Bulimia, ARFID, PICA, Orthorexia, and OSFED. As well as Body Image, OCD, Trauma & PTSD, Grief & Loss, and Couples.

I take an eclectic, individualized approach, blending somatic work, IFS, ACT, Gottman Method, HAES‑aligned care, expressive arts, and evidence‑based modalities. Every client is different, so every session is different. Some days we’re exploring patterns, some days we’re grounding the nervous system, some days we’re laughing through the absurdity of being human — and all of it is part of the work.

I’m committed to helping clients grow in ways that feel sustainable and empowering. I challenge gently but directly, always with compassion. I value authenticity, curiosity, and the kind of therapeutic relationship where humor, honesty, and depth can coexist.

At my core, I’m someone who believes in meaningful change, embodied healing, and showing up as your whole self — and I bring that into every session.

I am currently under the supervision of Jay Gallagher, LMHC at Jay Gallagher Therapy LLC
